This year has hurtled by at Ronson Gears; in the factory, introducing Lean Manufacturing has been challenging but we have been meeting these challenges head on and this is ultimately putting us in a stronger position for the future; the Management team has been on the move, visiting customers, suppliers, and participating in various trade expos locally and internationally, which has proved fruitful; I have made flying visits to many parts of Europe and the US throughout the year, for our business pursuits and in my role as a Board member of the AGMA.
